  • Do I need an account to make a purchase?

  • How do you Calculate the Pricing in PKR?

    The Pricing includes the “item's Prices + Custom Taxes + Shipping Charges” to import. 

  • Why few items are TOO EXPENSIVE?

    Some items are very rare and exclusive. All Collectible items have their International Price trends to evaluate the current market value e.g. Funko use PPG (POP Price Guide) for their Pricing evaluation. So, if the item's price has gone high due to its market demand, then Dr. Collectible has to sell them on the Market Value + shipping + Custom taxes to import. 


  • How do I find out about new products?

  • Why do things sell out so fast?

    Due to the limited nature of some of Funko's collectibles, we cannot guarantee stock availability. The best way to make sure you are in the know is to Follow us on Instagram @DrCollectible and make sure Notifications are enabled.

  • What if my product is damaged or missing?

    We sell Damaged items separately at a discounted price. Plus we take extra care to package your box contents. However, if you feel products are damaged or missing, then Contact US. Please include pictures of the damages. Submissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and not all cases will qualify for a replacement.

  • Do you restock sold out items?

    If the demand is strong enough, we’ll make every effort to restock. Some items are very limited from Funko and other brands that do not get Restocked by the brand. So, those items will not be restocked.


  • How do I place an order?

    Go to and click on a product you like, then select “add to cart.” Follow the easy checkout process, and soon you'll see your Collectible package on your doorstep!

  • I just placed my order. Can I add to it?

    Unfortunately not. But you can Contact Us for the change in the Order. Our support team will try to help you as much as possible.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Reach out to our Support team via the Contact Us page within 12 hours to request the Cancellation. Once the item is shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

  • How do I return an order?

    All Sales are final. DrCollectible has a no return or exchange policy with the exception of special circumstances.

  • Where is my order?

    If you have received a shipping confirmation email or SMS, you can view your tracking number to see the status of your package.

  • Can I change the address on my order?

    Reach out to our Support team via the Contact Us page within 12 hours to request the address change. Once the item is shipped, then it's not possible to change the address. 

Payments and Billing

  • What payment options are available?

    We have Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer payment methods available right now. Our team is working to add in more options soon.


  • What shipping services do you offer?
    • We ship through different 3rd Pary Courrier Service providers available in Pakistan. 
    • We do not offer FREE SHIPPING at the moment.
  • How soon will my order ship?

    Orders usually ship out of the Fulfillment Center within 3-5 business days. We ship orders Monday - Friday, during business hours only, and we don't operate on major holidays. Please note that orders placed during a sale, or promotion may take longer to process.

  • How long does it take to get my order?

    We cannot guarantee transit times or delivery dates. However, normally the Local (Lahore) orders get delivered within 1 working day and other Cities take 3 to 4 days depending on the 3rd Party Delivery processing. Every Order has a Tracking number assigned, the best is to check the Tracking URL for the delivery estimation.

  • How do I track my order after it ships?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our Fulfillment Center.

  • Why is there not a packing slip in my order?

    In order to expedite the shipping process, we send out electronic packing slips in the form of the confirmation email or SMS you receive when your order ships. This email will list all items in the shipment and can be used for your records.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, we cannot offer shipping to international locations

  • Do you offer alternative or expedited shipping?

    If you want to expedite your shipping, then Contact our Support as soon as you placed the order. They will arrange the fast shipment with some additional charges to the order. The charges will depend on your package's total weight.


  • What is your return policy?

    All Sales are Final. has a no return or exchange policy with the exception of special circumstances.

  • How long does a return take to process?

    If your shipment qualifies for a return, instructions will be provided. The time it takes to process a return will be dependent upon the details of the issue being resolved.
